Dr. Tim Young runs a high volume practice in Oklahoma City where he has served his community for 15 years. As a Doctor of the Year and counselor for Pinnacle Management, a coaching system for elite chiropractors, he has helped hundreds of doctors run high volume, low overhead practices.

Through the years of counseling "how" to run a practice, Dr. Young realized many doctors didn't know why they were practicing. This is why he created Focus Chiropractic Seminars.

It is Dr. Young's mission to lead the nation in putting the "why" back into chiropractic.

Dr. Ogi Ressel is a researcher, – he has published five original research papers - a prolific writer, an international lecturer, a pediatric and x-ray specialist, a husband and a father to three wonderful, unvaccinated, unsubluxatedwell-adjusted kids.

His book, Kids-First: Health with No Interference. How to Raise a Healthy Child Outside the Medical Model has been a big hit with parents in Canada, the U.S. and overseas. Dr. Ogi has been a staff writer for two national magazines. His pediatric column appears in a number of newspapers and is keenly read by parents from coast to coast.

He owned and developed the top children’s and family practice on the planet until recently when he retired from active practice to teach doctors how to reach and help more children and their parents through his Practice Evolution Program.
He lives with his loving wife and two boys in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, amidst 50 wineries.

Author of numerous chapters on chiropractic, nutrition and immunology, Dr. O’Shea has been a provider of continuing education seminars internationally for many years. His website is a trove of referenced articles which take a very specific stance on matters related to holistic health and the vitalistic paradigm.  His book Vaccination is not Immunization is now in its 15th edition.  O'Shea's take-no-prisoners approach to health, medicine, immunity and chiropractic will provide a number of useful tools, quotes and references that can be applied directly to your practice the following Monday.

After establishing Koca Chiropractic Clinic, Dr. Koca has remained an active member of the Omaha, NE community by speaking to many groups and organizations, both young and old, contributing to charities and has been chosen as the Best of Omaha on numerous occasions.

Dr. Koca’s peers have twice chosen him as Chiropractor of the Year, he was also awarded the “Passionator” Award, the Doctor who shows the most passion for his profession, and is the founder of EPOC Nebraska, a group dedicated to Elevating and Educating the People of the Community.

Dr. Koca has been married to Shawn for over twenty-five years; they have a daughter Blaike who is evidence of his vision. When not in the office or traveling for the profession Dr. Koca enjoys spending time with his family.

A passionate chiropractor who practiced for 25 years in Northern Ontario, and an avid student of the psychology and philosophy of success for more than 30 years, Dr. Gilles Lamarche has spoken to audiences throughout Canada, United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Japan, Scandinavia, Europe and Australia. He is the author and co-author of more than nine books including “Say Yes to Chiropractic Success” and “The Parker System for Professional Success” (PSPS). A member of the Parker College postgraduate faculty since 1990, Dr. Lamarche was named Canadian Chiropractor of the Year for 2005-2006 by the readers of the Canadian Chiropractor magazine. Currently, he is the Vice President of Clinics, Research, Continuing Education and Seminars at Parker University.
